Sophie Gamble

Sophie has spent the past 9 years working across the disability and community sectors. Her experience spans peer support, disability support work, advocacy, and project delivery, with a particular passion for working alongside people with intellectual disability to strengthen self-advocacy and inclusion.

A dedicated community leader, Sophie has extensive experience facilitating workshops, community programs, and volunteer initiatives. She is also the Co-Director of the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) in Tasmania, helping young people develop the skills and confidence to make a positive impact in their communities.
