The Southern Self-Advocacy Group meets at the Black Buffalo the second Wednesday of every month.
This meeting starts at 5.30pm, but lots of people get there at 5.00pm to order dinner and a drink.
It goes to 7.30pm.
The North-West Self-Advocacy Group meets at the Pier in Ulverstone the second Tuesday of every month.
This meeting starts at 5.30pm, but lots of people get there at 5.00pm to order dinner and a drink.

aged between 18 to 35.
We meet together in a safe and friendly space.
