Casey Powell

Casey is the statewide advocate for employment. Casey is passionate about listening to peoples’ experiences and taking a person-centred approach to advocacy issues.

She enjoys working together with people to make positive changes, understand their rights and build their confidence to self-advocate. Casey has a Bachelor of Social Work and has experience working together with people in all stages of life and from different backgrounds.

Casey is dedicated to making a space were people feel safe, heard and included. Casey enjoys learning and values others feedback and experiences to keep improving as both an individual advocate and to work towards systematic change.
